I know SNL recently made fun of all the non romantic Valentine's Day greetings, and to be fair I thought the bit was pretty funny...

...but I still think Valentine's Day is better in América Latina...

Instead of exclusively celebrating romantic love, they celebrate El Día del Amor y la Amistad, the Day of LOVE & FRIENDSHIP.

At the end of the day, I believe the best kind of love — romantic or otherwise — is grounded in a deep sense of friendship.

​So here’s to friendship and here’s to love in all its many forms!

And here's to this community!
