PASSION PLANNER REVIEW

7/15/2020

Passion Planner Review: Planning My Writer Mami Life one Week, Month, Quarter, and Year at a Time

If 2020 hasn't made you revisit your relationship to planning, then I don't know what would.

While most of  my plans got turned on their heads this year, I've still found solace in penciling in Zoom calls and tentative deadlines. I've even appreciated recording milestones like number of weeks in quarantine - ahhhhhh! (maybe that last one is just me?).

If you're anything like me and like planning and/or keeping records of these crazy times, then you might also be a fan my go-to planner since 2014: the
Passion Planner.

If you're on the market for a new planner, I highly recommend the Passion Planner. If you're a first time buyer and you use any of the Passion Planner links on this page, you'll get a $5 off coupon code that you can use towards your purchase.

Read on to get more inside looks into my favorite planner.

I love the various pages and features included in the Passion Planner:
  • The Planning Roadmap Guide
  • The Monthly & End of the Year Reflections
  • The Monthly & Weekly Pages (w/ Daily Appointments from 6:00am-10:30pm) that include:
    • Monthly/Weekly/Daily Focus
    • People to See
    • Places to Go
    • Not To-Do List
    • Good Things That Happened
    • Personal Projects
    • Work Projects
    • Space of Infinite Possibilities
  • Blank & Bullet Pages
  • Bookmark & Back Pocket

I know planners are a very personal thing, so go to the Passion Planner site to download free PDFs of the planner pages to see if this planner might work for you as well as it does for me. Read on for pics of my new planner's monthly and weekly pages.

BONUS TIP: Last year I started using the Monday to Sunday spread (as opposed to Sunday to Saturday spread) and I've really liked having my weekends on the same line on the monthly spreads and on the same page when I do my weekly planning. Passion Planner offers both options as well as undated calendars.

Wall Calendar

In addition to my Passion Planner, I also grab the oversized wall calendar below, so I can see the full year in one place. If you have the wall space for it, I highly recommend it!
