As the end of the year quickly approaches and I prepare to lead Write Your 2019 Into Existence: Seven Day Writing Life Roadmap Challenge for Women and Non-binary Writers, I’m also reflecting on my own 2018 and thinking of the intentions I plan to set for 2019.
Whenever I’m thinking about intention setting and cultivating good habits for my writing life, I turn to two guest posts I wrote a few years back...
The first one, a reflection on how I’ve used intention setting in different parts of my writing and personal life, helped inspire the name of the challenge:
The second one outlines the “Low Stakes Daily Writing” practice I took up and maintained faithfully in 2015 and 2016 to great success:
I already know that after a two year post-baby hiatus on low stakes daily writing, I’m picking up this habit again in 2019.
How about you? What are you reading to inspire you as the new year approaches? Let me know in the comments below.
I’m excited to chart out this upcoming year and even more excited about doing some of that work in community with other writers next month.
I’d love for you to join the 60+ writers who have already signed up for this FREE online challenge, so be sure to learn more and sign up today by clicking below.
Don't wait! Sign up closes Monday, December 31, 2018.
